The story of synergy
This StorySpot was created to forever thank Coach Jeremy and look back on the amazing year. Both teams got together to brainstorm how we could show our appreciation for the blood, sweat, and tears you've put into both these incredible teams. A new soccer ball or cooler didn't seem like enough, so we put together this unique gift to show just how much you mean to us. THANK YOU COACH JEREMY, you have not only made us winners, you've changed our lives.

Best experiences as a team
Coach Jeremy coached me in U-9, U-12, and this past season. He has pushed me to be stronger mentally, physically, and technically throughout these seasons. He is an awesome coach, mentor, and friend. Without Jeremy, I wouldn't be heading to play college ball. Thank you for everything.
How are you so dang good at soccer? I think I asked coach this once a month. He is seriously the best soccer player I have ever seen. I learned this the hard way and it is one of my favorite and most intense memories all season.
When coach took over the team I tried to haze him a little bit day one. I challenged him to a one-on-one. Loser had to run around the complex the whole practice. I think you can guess who was running circles for hours...I learned a lesson in humility and also l learned that I had a lot to learn. Thanks, man for an awesome season.
"You're never a loser until you quit trying." That's what I learned from Jeremy and I will carry it with me through the rest of my life. Thank you for the lessons, thank you for the laughs, thank you for the inspiration.
Coach,
Thank you for taking me under your wing. You were tough on me, but I know I need it. I was a terrible sport, always bringing a poor attitude and temper. You didn’t put up with it. You coached me in soccer and manhood. I treasure the way you were able to use analogies for every life lesson.
I never could’ve expected that laps around the track would make me reflect on the choices I was making. You made every lap count. You brought meaning to everything we did as a team. As I graduate and move on to play professionally, I attribute all of my success to you. I’d still be that rebel kid without anything if it weren’t for your dedication to me.
Thanks, Coach.
Coach Jeremy changed my life on and off the field and I will always appreciate it. But more importantly, Jeremy introduced me to the beauty that is beach soccer. Gracias amigo.
On behalf of the team, we would like to pay homage to your due diligence and hustle throughout this season. We wouldn’t have won the championship without you.
As I look back over the season, I see how much you impacted me and the rest of the team. We not only experienced an all-time high winning streak, but we also got through those nail-biting game wins with your calm yet encouraging demeanor.
I know the players could look to you and think “let’s do this!”. We defeated other teams, yes. But the real winning was becoming a family.
Thank you coach Jeremy for always being someone the team can rely on. We will cherish these memories forever and continue to dominate the championships. Next season we will kick our first ball in honor of your dedication.
Forever blessed,
Coach Payton
Thank you for taking us (and putting up with us) at all the amazing away tournaments. We loved going to Santa Barbara, Texas, North Carolina, Washington D.C., and Florida this year. With 3 tourny wins across both teams!
Coach!
When you think of “coach” you think of someone who leads the way. As the leader of my soccer team, I would like to thank you. You’ve taught me what it means to be a role model and to have others depend on you.
Throughout the season, I always stick to a quote you mentioned under your breath one day, “if it gets tough, that means it's worth working for”.
You’ve made it possible for all of the soccer team to stay in the zone while having fun. We start each match with our game faces on because of you. Even though the season’s over, the game continues on and off the field.
Thanks for the dedication, my friend.
X,
Coach Ruiz
My favorite memory from this season is when we went to Florida for the Orlando Finals. It was the hottest, sweatiest tournament we had ever been to and we were all fired up for a win.
The game was tied, with less than a minute to go. Lindsey punted the ball to me and I just heard everyone scream "shoooooot" and above all I heard Coach Jeremy, so from the half-field line, I winded up and shot the ball. It. Went. In. My first goal ever!! I will never forget this game or this feeling.
I love being your wife and watching you coach your teams. Your passion for your players and your love for the game is truly spectacular. Love you Jeremy and so proud of what you have accomplished this season. Cheers to many more to come!
When Coach Jeremy took over the team I was a striker. But coach has a way of seeing the game, seeing the field, and seeing the talents of his players that no one else does. He knew I was the missing link in our defensive line. I fought him and almost quit because I had always been a striker, I scored goals! But he knew. Jeremy helped me find my true potential and I'm getting pumped to play college ball. Thank you coach!
